At last, a pretty good report for the sugar journal!
Except for the mini cupcake I mentioned last Monday, and two glasses of Gatorade this week, that's all the sugar I had, except for yogurt, but I've already given myself permission to eat yogurt.
A big reason why the past week was so successful was that it was Passover. So I couldn't have the low sugar cookies or graham crackers or anything made with flour or wheat. I drank sugar free chocolate smoothies to get my chocolate fix.
Passover ends tonight, so we'll see how this week goes. I can already see graham crackers and low sugar cookies in my near future. :-/
But at least this past week had a pretty good outcome!
