On a day like today, when my head is full of worry and doubt and useless rumination, I saw a meme that was exactly what I needed to read. This is the important part:
"Today is not yesterday, so do not look back on what should have been.
Today is not tomorrow, so do not dread the future.
Today is NOW, so be present, alive, hopeful, and productive..."
This should be my mantra.
I was meant to read this today.
Everything happens for a reason.
