As you are going to sleep,
Don't focus on the failures of the day,
On what didn't go right.
Don't ruminate on your shortcomings
On what you weren't able to do
Focus on what you did accomplish 
What made you feel successful 
What gave you joy
What made you smile
What was something you did, big or small, that fulfilled your "why"
If it wasn't a good day,
Believe that tomorrow will be better
You tried today
And you will try again tomorrow
