And here are simple lifestyle interventions that can help lessen that risk:
- a healthy diet - heavy on vegetables and fiber, low on processed food
 - movement - any movement is good!
 - quality sleep - prioritizing sleep
 - stress reduction - finding calm in our lives
 - mental stimulation - making sure we keep learning whatever our education attainment level
 - reducing our toxic load - fewer toxins in, more toxins out
